Highlights

I provide training and individualized vocational tutoring as well as training design, development, and implementation for high-performance vocational and technology training... including assessments of employability and performance. I coordinate training development and implementation closely with staff and with strategic partners to facilitate employment outcomes. Strengths include design of performance measures, delivery systems for assessments, vocational recommendations, and ability to individualize competency-based workplace training. I work well with all adult populations. 

Vocational Training Instructional Coordinator

I assisted hiring for trainers, volunteers, and administrative staff and provided supervision to oversee training implementations. I managed schedules and adherence to standards for classroom training facilities and training events. I've provided vocational and technology training and employability assessments for community rehabilitation partners. I provided instructional design and implementation for assessment and training start-ups and individualized client training for workplace productivity and competency. 

 

Skill Development Coordinator

This position at a community outreach by a major University was funded by a grant for vocational and technical skill development. I provided supervision, admissions processing, intake assessments, schedules and administration, database management, and training for conclusion of the project at the University's Skills Development Center. 

 

Vocational Services Project Lead

The position was funded by a grant to study interventions that may facilitate school-to-career transitions. I provided training, assistance in design and delivery for nationwide seminar-series training: "Best Practice" in Vocational and Rehabilitation Delivery Systems for School-to-Career Services.

 

Business Analyst & Trainer

I provided service training, help desk training, facilitation training, and business analyst services
