Vocational Experience

As a training designer, I led training and development for seven completed implementations in three years.

I have been a lead member of a project team completing six training program start-ups using instructor led facilitation, computer-based training, and supported with trainer-led projects and online extensions.

Accomplishments include program outlines, Intranet-based tutorial and text, handouts, tests, projects and laboratory exercises, and evaluation reporting.

Delivery of service too is important for me and I've received two awards for outstanding performance in delivery of services while working to complete projects as a business analyst to deliver migration services and as a vocational liaison to deliver comprehensive school-to-career services.
